SAIF Bereavement Care In Surrey, Sussex & Kent

At Alex Jones Funeral Directors, we understand that the death of a family member is difficult to put into words and, sometimes, we need someone to help us do that.

As a member of The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF), we can offer you grief counselling and bereavement support when you need it most. SAIF Care provides free and confidential help for family members or close friends who feel they need extra support.

The service includes: a telephone helpline, email support and information and up to six free sessions of supportive counselling by telephone, Skype, or face-to-face in your local area.

SAIF Care services are available Monday– Friday, from 9am–9pm.
